   9. FSC certified systems (all systems running free software)

   10. FSC certified qualified providers (those having LPIC or high feedback score).

2. SGB Rules/Procedures

   1. Provider selection criteria

      1. Geographical region of provider

      2. Skillset match

      3. Provider rate

      4. Past performance standardized client feedback score

      5. Available provider methodologies

      6. Additional client preferences (e.g. skills match over region/rate, etc.)

   2. Quality assurances provided.

      1. Provider qualification

         1. Certification of skillset

         2. LPI or other (RedHat, etc.) certification

      2. Regional and skillset hierarchy based upon feedback score/experience/other

         1. Direct feedback up the services chain for client

3. Tasks to be completed

   1. define needed provider data

   2. contact prospective providers

      2. to ask if interested in proactively building the consortium (what level of involvement)

   3. define provider database structure and interface

   4. process/parse data received from providers

   5. formalize skillset list

   6. setup interface for searches (if needed)
